Work at Home More Difficult Than in Office

Mobile computing technology, the Internet, and cloud computing even easier for users or workers working at home and not working in the office.

But apparently, from a study, revealed that working at home is much more tiring and burdensome than going to the office. The reason, workers from home is difficult to escape the family and the amount of time spent at home making the husband-wife conflict is getting worse.

And although the technology makes it possible to work from outside the office, those who experience stress at work stress is much greater if they worked from home.

"The more conflict between work and family, the more severe a person experiences fatigue," said Tim Golden, researchers from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, as quoted from dailymail, 10 November 2011.

In his study, Golden conducted a survey of 300 workers from large companies engaged in the field of computers, including those who work in office and those who spend part or all of his time working from home.

"Four out of five respondents claimed stress of not being able to achieve the perfect balance between work and family, and working from home makes it worse," said Golden. "Those who have experienced domestic conflict is far greater fatigue when they spend more time working at home," he said.

But instead, they are able to balance between work and family or those who are not in conflict with the partner states, working from home brings many benefits.

"When teleworking aims to reduce the problems associated forced to spend too much time away from family, sometimes out of the house makes such workers get extra spirit," said Golden
